Refunds and cancellation

Monthly service plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time by emailing Outsidedog2025@gmail.com or calling (208) 641-9482. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not erase the current paid period unless a refund is issued below.

If you cancel before any work has been delivered, we refund the first payment in full. After services have been delivered for the current period, that period is earned and is not refunded. Future months are not charged.

Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors are refunded. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first so we can correct the invoice.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Questions: Outsidedog2025@gmail.com.
